We have specially designed Black Belt Framework across our architectures and new technologies. Each framework is broken down into 3 tracks – pre-sales, deployment and support, and each track is then further divided into 3 proficiency levels. All trainings can be accessed online through SalesConnect, webinars and instructor-led trainings (ILTs). You will be awarded with a Black Belt certification of completion and Black Belt rewards points upon completing each level. (China Mainland, Hong Kong & Taiwan partners can participate in Black Belt Frame work and receive Certification of Completion at fulfilling the requirements for each stage but the Black Belt Rewards points will not be allocated.)
A maximum of 3 concurrent tracks can be pursued. These 3 tracks may be from the same architecture or spread across multiple architectures. Rewards will only be given for the first 3 track at stage one that is completed. A participant will then need to move to Stage 2 and 3 in one of the three tracks before they will be awarded any additional point for other Stage 1 completions
